My Role: UX Designer | UX Researcher
Process: User Testing | Ideation | Prototyping

- Interaction Exploration -

The Changing Payment Experience needs to be fast and easy, allowing the user to understand the information in front of them in less than seconds, but still feeling sure that they made the right decisions while they are driving.

Collecting the ideas the original team had, I set up a mood board in InVision to show different types of animation/interactions. Based on all the feedback I gathered, I went ahead and sketched out some storyboards to present.

- Exploration -

Gathering all the feedback from the team on the InDesign board and working with our current design pattern, I began sketching out some concepts to test and validate.

After a couple of meetings and revisions, we were ready to move forward with designing and prototyping the concept.

- Prototype -

After several meetings and design reviews, I went ahead and prototyped all possibilities. From driving simulation to on-screen activation, the prototypes were presented and approved for production.

- Final Results -

Wire framing

The final result was amazing. We set up the car buck in our main lobby and the reaction we were getting was amazing. Was truly happy to be a part of this project.
