App Design for Visa Events
Visa Now
Visa Now is an App designed for Visa’s clients and consumers that attend Visa sponsored events such as the Super Bowl, Olympics and currently the FIFA World Cup.
My main role in this project was to lead the workshops to better understand the need of this product. I also took part in researching different features that will contribute to a new user flow that better fits the needs of the users as well as deliver a better user experience.

Based off the feedback and research we we conducted by attending these events, we agreed that this application can do much more. As a team, we discussed all of the features that will take care most of those request, then agreed on prioritizing them based on the time crunch we had to deliver this application before the next event, which was the FIFA World Cup.
We also identified some of the obvious pain points in the current application that weren't observed in its past designs. Having all this in mind, we decided on a whole new design that had the end user in mind.
